Local Beauty Favorites

I've been switching up make-up routine/s, trying out new products here and there, layering blush, skipping foundation and etc. Making my options open especially going for local products. Although I have quite a collection of international make-up brands, it is good to always go for our very own locally made (most especially cruelty-free) and be open to exploring these brands.

I am still in debate what I want this blog to be about. I have been focusing on clean beauty and I hope to make something more about it. Ever since freshman in college (wow that's a long time ago now just looking back since I graduated), I was exploring and getting into makeup. I started putting on makeup...daily. I get so embarrassed when I get comments about how my face looked because looking back I could've said the same thing to myself. I made it as a constant learning process for me that I felt somehow I progressed in a way (with the help of Instagram and YouTube of course).

These are some of my favorite local make-up products that I use:

Nichido BB Cream Everyday Wear (Natural)

I am no longer a fan of a full coverage foundations or make-up bases. Applying this on my skin already feels I have a lot on my face. Just a pea size of this and I am honestly good to go.

BLK Universal Lipstick in LATTE

One of my favorite nude lippies out there. The packaging really sold me because it reminded me of KKW Beauty's nonetheless the formula really was IT for me. I am planning to get the rest of the shades.

 EB Jelly Stain

This brings me back to life when I look restless. This gives the right amount of flush I need on my cheeks given the shade is "VERY RED" and I am not so much of a fan of reds for everyday unless if I have no time in getting ready and looking much "alive". They have other shades as well which very much compliments to morena skin tones!
EB Advance VINYL lip gloss

Nothing really special but I love how this is affordable. This is my everyday gloss. I like using the jelly stain along with this on top of it. It gives the right shine and can hide your dry lips! I can attest to this :) (Also carry around a lip balm with you chapped lips ain't cute sis.)
My fave lippie that I have used and abused - EB matte lipstick (I don't know the exact name please bare with me) in PORT

This is one of my grad gifts. I never heard a tinted primer foundation until I got this and wow this is a game changer for me. I have been using this since my face is at its best. I don't have to worry about powder or 'mattifying' my face. - TRIS cosmetics (click on the bold text for their IG)

I have been doing the same make-up look and there is actually no difference besides how much I use the following products above or it really depends on my mood.

If you have any make-up recommendations you would like to share, feel free to comment down below or message me on my social media platforms.

Thank you for reading. x
